The stolen golden Dacian helmet and bracelets from Drents Museum in Assen have been illegally brought out of Romania. According to the law, heritage objects can be loaned but the organization of transportation must be approved by the government. Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu stated that there was no permit for removing Dacian artifacts from the country for the exhibition in the Netherlands. Government decisions had been issued for exhibitions in cities like Rome and Lisbon. The Minister of Interior Affairs mentioned ongoing communication between Romanian and Dutch police regarding the theft from the Drents Museum. They have been collaborating since the early hours after the crime.
