seoul - At the end of April the leaders of South and North Korea meet at a summit. President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un met at the Panmunjeom border crossing, said a special adviser to Moon, Chung Eui-yong, after returning from his two-day trip to North Korea.
Chung, together with four other South Korean envoys, personally spoke to the dictator Kim, the South Korean news agency Yonhap reported. There will also be a special connecting line between the leaders of the two countries to help reduce tensions.
