Snapchat is growing rapidly in the Netherlands

- Using Snapchat in the Netherlands is a massive boost. The number of users of the app in our country has increased in one year by as much as 32 percent. According to research by Telecompaper.

In total, 2.56 million Dutch have the app on their mobile. In June 2015 there were still 1.95 million.

The application, which allows images to be temporarily shared with contacts, is especially popular in the age group of twelve to nineteen. 72 percent of these users, the app is on the phone.

The biggest growth is in the groups twenties and thirties. Of people aged 20-29 had 27 percent of the app installed in June 2015. In June this year it was 38 percent.
