Six squirrels that were attached to each other with tails

nebraska - Employees of an animal shelter in the US state of Nebraska have carried out a special rescue campaign last week: six young squirrels were tied up with their tails and the animals had to be disassembled in order to move on.

The employees of the Nebraska Humane Society animal shelter took care of the animals and brought them to the shelter. Director Laura Stastny removed the animals there.

In conversation with Omaha World-Herald, Stastny tells us that the squirrels got stuck with sap from the tree where the litter of the animals was in.

The director took an hour to get the squirrels off again. Some of the litter must remain in the shelter longer to allow the tail to recover.
