

Senate agrees with Wray as FBI Director

washington - The US Senate approved Tuesday's appointment of Christopher Wray as the new director of the Federal FBI. According to The New York Times, that happened with an overwhelming majority.
Wray follows James Comey. This was fired by President Donald Trump almost three months ago.
Wray, formerly Deputy Minister of Justice, has promised to protect the FBI from political pressure.
