Espinosa therefore called for participation in the so-called Talanoa dialogue. In Fiji, the word Talanoa refers to an encounter where knowledge is exchanged and trust is built to make sensible decisions. The aim of the dialogue is that the industrialized countries in particular will step up their efforts even further.
