'Seehofer returns after bonje with Merkel about migration'

berlin - The German Minister of the Interior Horst Seehofer, who recently crossed swords with Angela Merkel, retires as Minister of the Interior and as party chairman of the CSU.

This is reported by various German media. Seehofer was in the clinch with Chancellor Merkel recently: he wants to send asylum seekers back to the border if they are already registered elsewhere in Europe, while Merkel wants to catch them in camps, and then to send them away.
