Samsung buys AI startup Siri-makers

- Samsung has bought the Artificial Intelligence startup Viv Labs, as the company made Wednesday. There are no published financial details.

Vib Labs was founded in 2012 by the creators of Siri, the virtual personal assistant that can be found on Apple devices, after Siri was bought by Apple in 2010. With Vib Labs is working on a similar personal assistant.

Samsung follows the purchase not only Apple, but also Google that Google and Amazon Assistant has a talking personal assistant Alexa.
