delhi - An Indian man has gone to court to get rid definitively from his birth name: Saddam Hussain. According to the Indian companies dare to not employ him because of the similarity between his original name and that of former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein.

Hussain was his name, according to the Hindustan Times as a problem after he had rejected dozens of times for jobs. When he inquired, the twenties discovered that international companies were not waiting for an employee with a 'suspicious' name.

The Indian then had to change his name, but quickly ran against a second problem: its old name just stood on the educational certificates which companies their candidates ask. Request the name change also there to take effect, came to nothing.

The desperate man therefore went to court. It is according to the newspaper still far from certain whether he will get his way. The court would have responded reluctant, because people often abuse the system by constantly changing their name.
