kriviy rig, ukraine - Four people have died and five others have been injured in a missile attack on the Ukrainian city of Kriviy Rig by the Russian military.

Ukrainian City Targeted by Russian Missiles

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that the city of Kriviy Rig was hit by ballistic missiles, causing casualties and damage to buildings and infrastructure.

He described the attack as a terrorist act and emphasized the need for joint efforts with allies to stop Russian aggressions.

Russian Defense Ministry's Statement

The Russian Defense Ministry reported capturing eight settlements in the Kharkiv and Donetsk regions in the past week.

They mentioned using high-precision weapons, drones, and various missiles to target Ukrainian military assets, including fuel depots, ammunition storage sites, and assembly workshops for drones and naval vessels.

The statement also highlighted the downing of several U.S.-made missiles and the capture of Ukrainian soldiers as prisoners of war.
