Russia's Response to US Call on OPEC
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak stated that the US call to lower oil prices in OPEC is deemed unacceptable. Novak mentioned during the OPEC+ meeting that they will gradually increase production starting from April 1, reducing the voluntarily agreed production cut for 1.5 years. He emphasized that any artificial and unfair intervention in the global oil market is categorically unacceptable.
