Russia announces great military exercise

moscow - Russia is going to hold the biggest military exercise since 1981 next month. Minister of Defense Sergei Schoigu announced that Tuesday. Almost 300,000 soldiers are involved in the Vostok 2018 (Eastern 2018) exercise.

Furthermore, two naval fleets and all air force components will be deployed. Together they are more than a thousand military aircraft. The exercise is held in Central and Eastern Russia.
