beirut - The evacuations from besieged four areas in Syria resumed Wednesday after the bloody attack on Saturday. That report the Syrian state and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

About 45 buses containing some 3,000 evacuees left the rebel cities besieged Shiite al-Fouah and Kafraya and are on their way to the Syrian government controlled Aleppo. Another convoy of eleven buses left the besieged by the Syrian army Al-Zabadani.

Saturday came 126 evacuees from al-Fouah and Kafraya killed by a bomb attack on their convoy waiting at the outskirts of Aleppo.

The evacuations are part of an arrangement whereby civilians and pro-government fighters from the Shiite villages are bused to the Aleppo controlled by the government while the rebels and their families from the places Al-Zabadani and Madaya be brought to Damascus to rebel territory.

Three buses carrying Wednesday also wounded in the attack on Saturday, as well as remains of the victims.
