Residents jump out of burning flat Belgium

dottenijs - In Dottenijs, two residents of a burning apartment have been able to bring themselves to safety through a jump from their flat. The two came from the first floor on a mattress that they themselves had first thrown down. They remained unharmed.

The fire broke out Sunday morning, in an apartment on the first floor of an apartment complex in the Belgian village, near Mouscron. The fire brigade came on the ground en masse. The whole building was evacuated. The material damage is considerable. Personal accidents did not occur.
