Racheal Kundananji, the Zambian forward for Bay FC, aims for consistency and better performance in the 2025 NWSL season. After being the record transfer in women's football in 2024, Kundananji is determined to showcase her best form. She scored five goals in her debut season and believes that she can deliver more consistent performances this year.

Reflecting on her past season, Kundananji expressed her desire to show the world something different in the upcoming matches. She emphasized the importance of individual improvement as well as teamwork for Bay FC, stating that they need to demonstrate a new level of play as an established team in the NWSL. The 24-year-old striker acknowledged missing chances in the previous season but assured fans of a more refined performance without making promises.
