moscow - More countries must join the treaty against 'nuclear weapons for the short distance', the convention for Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF). This said the Russian president Putin.
The original INF treaty is an agreement between the United States and the Soviet Union signed at the end of 1987 by the American and Russian leaders Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev.
