- Russian President Vladimir Putin will attend the UN climate summit in Paris. He will be present at the opening on November 30, said the French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius Sunday.
The first day of the summit is reserved for the State and Government. The conference has more than one hundred commitments within. In December, 190 countries will gather in Paris to work on a new climate agreement. Apart from US President Barack Obama also have the Chinese leader Xi Jinping and the Indian prime minister Narendra Modi confirmed their participation.
The conference aims to create new international agreement on climate change. The 21st world climate will last until December 11th.
