Propelled drink buys newspapers to keep secret arrest

new york - An American man who was caught behind the wheel with drink, took a drastic measure to prevent his arrest became known.

The 43-year-old Joseph Talbot knew he would come up with an arrest picture, called 'mug shot' in the local newspaper Times of Wayne County. Here he was not waiting, so he bought the next morning nearly a thousand copies of the newspaper.
