Prison for rape 90-year-old woman

dusseldorf - A 19-year-old man Friday in the German Dusseldorf sentenced to 5.5 years in prison for raping and robbing a then 90-year-old woman. The man issued a detailed confession to the court in Dusseldorf.

The man's guilt was proved, among other things based on DNA traces. The elderly woman had on Sunday, October 2nd just before the incident raised a candle in a church. The man attacked her in a backstreet in the center of Düsseldorf. He thereby threatened to kill the woman if she did not keep quiet.
