- The cremation of a father and his newborn baby is even more dramatic expired by accidentally a porn video was shown instead of a memorial video during the funeral service.

The shocking incident took place in the British Cardiff. The 33-year-old Simon Lewis and his newborn son Simon Lewis Junior had to be cremated at the same time by a dramatic car accident during the New Year. In the accident, Simon killed instantly. His pregnant wife survived the crash, but the stress Simon Junior was a few days after the accident born prematurely. The boy died the same day.

The crematorium was packed for the deeply sad farewell ceremony, when the participants were confronted with a bizarre blunder. When the predecessor of the service wanted to start a tribute to Simon and Simon Junior, instead appeared a porn video on the screen.

The minister has stated that he has no idea how this could have happened and apologized. Cardiff municipality shall conduct an investigation into the incident.
