M. could wait his trial in freedom, but he should not leave the country. His passport was taken. That was one of the conditions of the Public Prosecution Service to lift the provisional custody. M. would like to visit his in-laws in Ukraine, but he is forbidden.

Four days have been taken for the treatment of the case. The facts are being discussed Tuesday, Wednesday is expected to be penalized. The following week, the lawyer of M. has the floor. The statement is scheduled for 15 June.
