Pakistan Conducts Missile Test Amid Rising Tensions with India

Pakistan conducted another missile test on Monday amidst escalating tensions with India after a deadly terrorist attack in the disputed region of Kashmir.

Details of the Test

The ground-to-ground missile tested has a range of 120 kilometers, according to ISPR, the military's media wing. This comes after Pakistan tested a 450-kilometer range missile on Saturday.

Escalating Conflict

Since late April, troops from both countries have been exchanging fire in the border area. India has linked Pakistan to a terror attack that killed 26 civilians in Kashmir, a region claimed by both nations.

As tensions rise, both governments have closed border crossings, halted trade, worsened diplomatic relations, and ordered the expulsion of each other's citizens.
