Oxfam must announce names of abusers

london - Oxfam employees who have committed sexual abuse must be made known by name so that they can be prosecuted. That is what the British Minister for Development Cooperation, Penny Mordaunt, has said.

Mordaunt has instructed the aid organization to send all the evidence of alleged cross-border behavior of its personnel to a large number of law enforcement agencies. That clears the way for prosecution of the suspects.
