OSCE observer killed in eastern Ukraine

kiev - An American Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) collapsed on Sunday in eastern Ukraine when the patrol vehicle in which he was on a landmine drove.

The incident also has a wounded case. It is an OSCE employee from Germany. That is why the Austrian Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz reports on Twitter. Austria is the temporary chairman of the OSCE this year.

Kurz expressed his condolences to the survivors via Twitter and said he hoped for a quick recovery of the injured. He also announced a large-scale investigation and promised that the guilty would be correct.

Minister Bert Koenders of Foreign Affairs condemned the relatives in a response and called for an investigation and calling for the accountability of those who placed the mine.

The Ukrainian President, Poroshenko, expressed his apologies for the accident that occurred in the Russia-controlled Donbass area. 'The security of observers must be guaranteed,' he said on Facebook. He appointed the Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin as leader of the investigation of the incident.
