the hague - The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) has confirmed that at the beginning of March in the south of Salisbury the poison novitsjok was used in an assassination attempt on a devastated former Russian spy and his daughter. The OPCW thus confirmed what British researchers had already established.
Novichok is a chemical weapon developed during the Soviet Union. The victims who came into contact with it, Skripal, his daughter and a policeman, have all survived.
