berlin, germany - German Chancellor Olaf Scholz criticizes Elon Musk for his political interference and advises not to feed the trolls.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has responded with a harsh message to American businessman Elon Musk, known for his comments on German domestic politics. In his evaluation of Musk's political interventions, Scholz emphasized that he has shown no favoritism towards Musk, stating, 'We are accustomed to wealthy media moguls who do not appreciate social democrats. The rule is simple: Do not feed the trolls.'

On the other hand, Musk is set to host the co-chair of the far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, Alice Weidel, on his social media platform X in a live interview on January 10, ahead of the federal elections in Germany on February 23. The owner of X had previously expressed support for AfD in December, causing controversy. Musk had previously described Scholz as 'an incompetent fool' and stated that he should resign after the deadly attack on the Christmas market in Magdeburg.
