london - Any invitation to the Obama's to come to Prince Harry's wedding may be on the trek. Top officials in Britain are concerned that the invitation endangers the current relationship between the country and the United States. That is what British and American media report.

Prince Harry is good friends with the former American president and his wife. For example, both men are fully committed to the Invictus Games, a popular international sporting event that Harry created for soldiers who were injured during their service.

According to British newspapers, however, senior officials fear that the current president, Donald Trump, regards an invitation to the Obama's as an insult. And that does not benefit the already very warm relationship between the two countries.

On Wednesday Harry is editor-in-chief of the popular BBC radio program Today. Especially for the program, Prince Barack Obama interviewed.

Harry and Meghan Markle marry on May 19.
