NY Gold Thief Arrested

- The man who had stolen a bucket of gold from an armored car in September last year, was arrested Thursday in his native Ecuador. The police had since the theft to the man looking. In the bucket were about 40 kilos of gold chips with a value of over a half million euros.

The culprit appears the 53-year-old Julio Nivelo from New Jersey who has several times been deported to Ecuador. There's the man to remain in the cell. Which sentence hanging over his head, is not yet clear.

Images of surveillance cameras is to see how the light-hearted bandit strikes. In broad daylight he snatches away a bucket of gold from an armored car. The thief used a brief moment of inattention of the two guards of the valuables.

The culprit had to 20 seconds, enough to make his move on the left open tailgate and walk away with the loot. The bucket was so heavy that his gold 'discovery' here regularly drop to come.
