Nokia acquires Withings

espoo - Nokia takes on the French maker of smart health Withings. Plans before the Finnish company announced Tuesday. With the acquisition Nokia will accelerate its access to the 'Health' digital sector.

Withings does include scales, blood pressure monitors and baby monitors that communicate with the smartphone and fitness trackers. The company was founded in 2008. Nokia wants 170 million euros down count for the French company.
