Nintendo Switch is kaskraker

- The Nintendo Switch console grows into a crackdown for the Japanese company. The device will double its profits.

That turnaround is remarkable: profit growth is for the first time in eight years of sales declines, after many consumers have switched to games on their smartphone.

Nintendo itself sought that mobile market after disappointing earnings under pressure from shareholders.

Since the introduction of the Switch, the share price has risen by 20%.
