New form of ransomware: Pyramid Scheme

- Cybercriminals have again found a new way to earn money to ransomware. They hijack computers and then give victims a choice: pay ransom or make sure that the computers of two or more others are infected. If they pay, the computer of the first victim will be unlocked for free.
The Malware Hunter Team warns of such a 'pyramid scheme'. The malware has been named Popcorn Time.
