At least twelve people were injured when a high-speed train collided with a truck near Hamburg. The ICE train was carrying several hundred passengers at the time of the incident, according to authorities.
One of the victims reportedly sustained life-threatening injuries and has been taken to the hospital. Another passenger on the train is also said to be seriously injured, while ten others suffered minor injuries.
The accident occurred at a railway crossing where the fast train collided with the truck. Uninjured passengers on the ICE are expected to be picked up by buses.
