Mountain hiker dead by fall in Alps

munich - During a walk in the Bavarian Alps, a 84-year-old man was killed. According to the police, the man was on his way to the Brecherspitz, a mountain near the Schliermeer. Presumably he lost his balance and was plunged 100 meters in depth. The man died on the spot.
