Security Measures and Recent Attacks
The Kremlin spokesperson stated that the restrictions are part of security measures. Meanwhile, there has been a surge in drone attacks on Moscow from Ukraine, with a recent incident involving a drone hitting a high-rise building in the city center. The Russian Defense Ministry announced targeting 289 Ukrainian drones in various regions today, including Moscow.
