- The Minister of tourism in India has the ire of many women and men on his neck removed after a remarkable advice on how to avoid the tourist is that you will be raped.

Minister Mehesh Sharma is in his stomach with violence and rape against women in his country. In an attempt there to do something against it, he decided to advise female tourists not to wear skirts more. They can also better at night not just walk down the street.

In 2015, an American woman was raped after she ran over a small market. That same month, a Japanese lady was drugged and raped by three men. Later that year a Russian woman attacked and in 2014 was a trip to a Danish woman in a nightmare by a gruesome gang rape.

That the Indian minister of women now feel as if they themselves contribute to the likelihood of being raped by their choice of clothing is covered by many people ill. The shift of responsibility from the perpetrator to the victim, arouses rage in various media and angry tweeters.
