Minister off to 'Panama'

- The Spanish Industry Minister Jose Manuel Soria Friday resigned because he is associated with offshore companies in Panama and Jersey.

Soria denies that he did anything wrong, but says he wants to limit the damage to the outgoing government and the People's Party (PP). Spain should soon probably back to the polls since the December elections have still not led to the formation of a government.
