united states - US-based technology company Microsoft announced its plans to invest around $80 billion to create artificial intelligence-supported data centers by 2025.

US-based technology company Microsoft has revealed its intention to invest approximately $80 billion in creating data centers supported by artificial intelligence by the year 2025. Brad Smith, Vice Chair of the Microsoft Board and Company President, emphasized in a blog post titled 'Golden Opportunity for American Artificial Intelligence' that AI is the electricity of this age and could form the foundation of America's economic success in the next quarter century. Smith stated that more than half of this investment will be made in the US, reflecting their commitment to the US and confidence in the American economy. Additionally, Smith called on President-elect Donald Trump and Congress to allocate more funds for research in universities and the National Science Foundation for the development of technologies in the field of artificial intelligence.
