san francisco - The US authorities have arrested a 23-year-old Mexican, who had previously received a work permit by rule of previous President Obama. According to his lawyers, the man first threatened to leave the country under the new President Trump.

Obama introduced a program in 2012 to illegal immigrants who as a child at the time the US had entered, were allowed to stay. They were therefore able to attend school or go to work. Trump has let in talks with American media that he would reverse the policy but did not then know how.

'We hope that this arrest was a mistake,' said one of the lawyers of the detained Mexican. A spokesman for the immigration authorities (ICE) stated that the man was arrested because he was in possession of a criminal gang member and admitted that himself.
