- Thousands of Chinese people gather for three days in the city of Lianyungang to protest against the arrival of a nuclear waste plant. The protest is quite out of hand. Monday, protesters threw stones, after the police shuffled hard.

In 2012 an agreement was signed between the French nuclear power company Areva was and the China National Nuclear Corp (CNNC) for the construction of the facility that processes nuclear waste. However, residents of Lianyungang think France should handle its own waste.

The police was the protests and has already delegated a ban.
