- Manchester City are hopeful of signing Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimarães in an £85m deal with an existing 'verbal pact' between the player and the Magpies.

Manchester City Eyes Bruno Guimarães

Manchester City is plotting a summer move for Bruno Guimarães from Newcastle United. The reigning Premier League champions are keen on the Brazilian midfielder, who had a £100 million release clause in his contract last summer. However, thanks to a private agreement between Guimarães and Newcastle, City could secure the player for around £85 million.

Real Madrid's Alternative Option

If Real Madrid's pursuit of William Saliba falls through, they might turn their attention to Castello Lukeba from RB Leipzig. The 22-year-old centre-back has attracted interest from Liverpool, Manchester United, and Chelsea as well. With a £74.5 million release clause, Lukeba is a sought-after talent in the summer transfer window.

Other Transfer Rumors

  • Valencia's Javi Guerra is attracting attention from clubs in the Premier League, Serie A, and LaLiga due to his impressive performances in LaLiga this season.
  • Internazionale and Fiorentina are monitoring Como's Nico Paz as a potential transfer target for the upcoming summer window.
  • Heidenheim's Léo Scienza is set to leave the club for €5 million with interest from Sevilla and clubs in Brazil.
