Man rushes through the city with flashing light

monchengladbach - The police in Mönchengladbach in Germany detained a man who rushed through the city at 100 kilometers per hour with a blue flashing light on his roof. He rode red several times before he could be stopped by the police.

The driver turned out not to be a colleague of the police and was therefore not allowed to carry a flashing light. Upon further investigation, he also appeared to have drunk too much. The man stated that he wanted to test the flashing light.
