Man fixed for 47-year-old infanticide

melbourne - Justice in Australia has a 63-year-old man been indicted for the abduction and murder of a three-year-old girl 47 years ago. The man was arrested Wednesday, according to Australian media on Thursday.

The child disappeared in January 1970 at a public shower on a beach in the city of Wollongong south of Sydney. There was never heard from the child. Her body was not found too. The suspect at the time of the disappearance sixteen years old. He was then questioned but not charged.

Australian police reopened the investigation last year into the case. What has put her on the trail of the suspect is not known. According to police, the child was slain within an hour after her disappearance. The police did want no further details about the case lost but stated that ' his horrific '' and will come out in court.
