Man escaped found dead in river... with handcuffs still on

southampton - A 22-year-old man who escaped the police in January when he wanted to search him for drugs, was found dead two months later in a river. Still handcuffed.
Reece Hillier was found Sunday by a magnet fisherman in the Ichen River in Southampton. The find could indicate that he was launched shortly after his escape and was unable to save himself because of the buoys.
