Male (20) raped dying girl (18): should not be three years old

lynnwood - A judge in Washington State has sentenced 20-year-old Brian Varela to under three years in prison, because... now it comes... raping an 18-year-old girl while she was dying of an overdose.

Although the facts are shocking enough for a much more solid verdict, the judge is bound by the hands and feet, because Varela had no criminal record. He did, however, impose the maximum possible sentence: 34 months, writes USA Today.
