multan, punjab, pakistan - A tanker loaded with LPG exploded in an industrial area in Pakistan, resulting in 6 deaths and 30 injuries.

Tragic Explosion in Pakistan

In Multan city, Punjab province, a tanker carrying LPG exploded in an industrial area, causing 6 fatalities and leaving 30 others injured. The explosion scattered tank parts, damaging vehicles and buildings, while a fire that broke out led to the death of numerous livestock. Rescue authorities extinguished the fire after hours of effort. Police officer Sadiq Ali stated that gas leakage from the tanker was ongoing, prompting evacuation efforts in the area. Emergency was declared at Nishtar Hospital where the injured were being treated, and gas and electricity in the region were cut off as a precautionary measure.
