- Leicester City makes changes in coaching staff following a series of poor results in the Premier League, while manager Ruud van Nistelrooy remains in position.

Leicester City Makes Coaching Changes

Leicester City has decided to part ways with two of manager Ruud van Nistelrooy's assistants, Ben Dawson and Danny Alcock, after a string of disappointing performances in the Premier League. The club confirmed the changes on Monday, following a 4-0 home loss to Brentford which left Leicester five points from safety.

This marks Van Nistelrooy's second senior role in management, having previously been in charge at PSV Eindhoven. Despite winning only two out of the 13 Premier League games since taking over in November, Van Nistelrooy's position as the manager remains intact, while his assistants have been let go.

Dawson and Alcock, who were first-team coaches under Steve Cooper before his dismissal in November, joined Leicester at the beginning of the season. The club expressed gratitude for their contributions and wished them well in their future endeavors.
