Kill by suicide attack Pakistan

peshawar - At least twelve people were killed by a suicide attack at an election meeting in Pakistani Peshawar. Dozens of people were also injured, the Pakistani newspaper Dawn reported.

One of the victims is politician Haroon Bilour of the left and secular Awami National Party (ANP). He died in the hospital from his injuries. His father, the prominent ANP politician Bashir Ahmad Bilour, was killed in similar circumstances in 2012. He died by a suicide attack at a party meeting.

A local ANP leader told Dawn that the suicide bomber blew himself up when Haroon Bilour arrived. The police have not confirmed that yet. The ANP had previously been the target of extremists, who carried out attacks around the election in 2013 on supporters and leaders of the party.
