South Africa has been in the process of criminal proceedings against Pistorius for years. The thirty-year-old top sportsman fired his bathroom door several times in 2013. As a result, his girlfriend came to life. Pistorius thought in his own words that an intruder was in space.

Pistorius initially received five years in prison because of death. The Court of Appeal, however, stated that the former athlete had to be sentenced for murder. Then he got six years of cell. The Public Prosecution Service still considers it too low and wants to appeal again.

The lawyer of the athlete, in turn, argued that Pistorius is going to be heavily buried under the case. He would struggle with post-traumatic stress. It is still unclear when the court decides whether the OM may contest the sentence again.
