trento, italy - Unique opportunity to own a piece of Italy, receive 100,000 euros, but with residency conditions. Learn more about Trentino's relocation offer.

Italy's Offer to Relocate to Trentino

Italy's Trentino region offers 100,000 euros to residents or Italians abroad to invest in properties with residency conditions:

  • Residents get 80,000 euros for renovations and 20,000 euros to purchase properties.
  • Applicants must reside in the region for at least ten years or rent the property before that.

33 towns facing depopulation are eligible for the initiative, aiming to revitalize local communities and prevent economic decline.

Similar to 1 euro house projects, Italy focuses on boosting local economies and community cohesion in Trentino, led by President Maurizio Fugatti.

Restrictions include no short-term rentals, limited property purchases, and age limits, with the exact locations to be revealed in April.
