Italy again refuses migrant ship

rome - Italy has again refused a ship with refugees. It is a ship with 450 migrants on board. Because the vessel was already in the waters of Malta before, Rome finds that the refugees have to go ashore there.

'Malta, the smugglers and the well-doers throughout Italy and the whole world must know that this ship can not enter an Italian port,' declared Interior Minister Matteo Salvini via Twitter. Malta has not yet responded.

It is not clear what kind of ship it is and who controls it.
